چکیده
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على التحولات التي أحدثتها الثورتين الصناعية الرابعة والخامسة في مجال التعليم والكفايات ينبغي أن يمتلكها الطفل المصري ومعلمه ظل هذه المتطلبات، ثم تطرقت إعادة النظر مفهوم نظرية رأس المال البشري ضوء الثورة وتم اجراء دراسة مقارنة لمبادرات دولتي الامارات والهند تطوير سياساتها التعليمية لتحقيق متطلبات عصر واقع تكوين ومعلمه. واعتمدت المنهج المقارن وتوصلت مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير السياسات لتكوين متغيرات الدراسة.
